This blog evolved from a 'googlegroup' set up by Chris Rudland, and myself (Paul Haines).

The googlegroup served a useful purpose to keep potential apartment owners in communication when Sania Plage was under construction. Alas due to delays on site and the antics of MRI/Martinez the discredited real estate estate company and their lawyers....many of the original investors pulled out of Sania Plage. Guess we lost a few friends along the way, and I know others are still on the journey...

For those that made it, this blog was created so that apartment owners could continue to help and inform each other......I hope it is of use, it will only be if people post comments - so post away!!
